Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our Clayton VIC store. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in increasing performance to achieve targets, contributing to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and stacking shelves, and ensuring the health and safety of all Team Members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit and growth targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including customer service and stock management
  • Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing/managing shifts in a Retail environment
  • Passion and dedication to delivering customer and service excellence
  • Results-oriented with high energy to inspire your team
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
Salary and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is estimated to be around $58,000 per year, plus superannuation and bonus. In addition, you will have access to employee discounts through the Booster discount platform, save on fuel through our Team Fuel Discount when you fill up at EG, and enjoy other benefits such as access to employee well-being programs and generous parental leave.
