About the Role

Are you an experienced Contract Coordinator looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your skills and expertise? We are seeking a Senior Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team in NSW, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of Project Deeds and subcontracts for the NSW Passenger Business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in contract management or administration, with experience in resolving commercial and contractual matters. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • You will have experience working with SAP, preferably for both transactional and reporting purposes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient operations
  • You will have multi-tasking capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently, effectively meeting deadlines and ensuring project success
  • You will possess highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and network effectively at all organizational levels, both horizontally and vertically
  • You will have knowledge of quality management systems as well as maintenance or asset management processes
  • You will be team-oriented and customer-focused, committed to achieving shared objectives with the NSW Passenger Project Team
  • You will be highly accountable and results-driven, with a strong focus on attention to detail
Your Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Law, or Project Management. Alternatively, you may have equivalent work experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the key responsibilities of the role.
