  • Significant knowledge of fresh food retailing, including experience in Fruit and Vegetable Management.
  • Leading and managing team members with expertise in ordering and cost control.
  • Excellent understanding of gross profit calculations and accurate staff rostering.
  • PASSION AND ENTHUSIASM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A VERY 'HANDS ON' APPROACH.
