Job Summary:

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in our centre. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
