Job Opportunity

We are expanding our operations at the Western Sydney Service Centre and seeking Production Operators to fill key positions in our team.

As a permanent member of the crew, you'll work closely with our newest paint line, supporting the manufacture of high-quality COLORBOND products.

This growth is part of our major capital investment in the Metal Coating Line, boosting production capacity by up to 240,000 tonnes.

In this hands-on role, you'll operate machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and support plant setups and isolations—all with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You'll work collaboratively with both operations and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
