About the Role:
ERM, a leading sustainability consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our global Air Quality service in Australia. As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for talented professionals who can contribute to our thriving community.
We require a skilled specialist with a strong technical foundation and excellent business development skills to foster and expand a network of excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales efforts, project management, and client engagement, as well as a proven track record of delivering world-class services and meeting business financial targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by initiating and leading sales efforts, managing project risk, and delivering performance.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within project teams, discipline, and business needs.
- Meet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, meteorology, or chemistry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong initiative and flexibility to conduct various assessments and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions.
