We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our strategic growth and expansion.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and regulatory knowledge. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and lead our legal function.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level legal advice on commercial risks, acquisitions, contracts, leases, and litigation.
  • Manage commercial contract governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee relationships with external legal providers to ensure quality, value, and alignment.
  • Ensure insurance coverage is appropriate, cost-effective, and fit for purpose.
  • Perform company secretary duties for Australian operations.
  • Manage lease administration in partnership with the Property and Facilities team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a commercially-minded lawyer with a strong understanding of corporate law, risk management, and governance principles.
