**About the Role**

We are seeking a bright and bubbly Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Robina store. As a key member of our sales team, you will have a passion for our product and be able to create unique connections with our customers to maximize sales and encourage them to return.

You will work closely with a supportive team that strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and support the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.

**A Day in the Life**

As a Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Providing a genuine and unique experience for all customers that aligns with the Smiggle brand
  • Cash handling and processing sales transactions
  • Working well within a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Assisting with stock management and visual merchandising
  • FOLLOWING loss prevention processes to minimize stock loss
  • Attending store meetings and in-store training sessions

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Confidence in approaching, connecting, and selling to customers
  • An understanding of the importance of integrity and doing things the right way
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • The ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems
