Business Partnering Specialist Job

This position plays a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with Sales and Marketing functions to drive financial performance of the business. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership Team and Marketing Leadership Team to develop and execute strategies that deliver sustainable top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support and insights to inform revenue growth management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate and prioritize trade and brand investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the commercial forecasting cycle to optimize medium-term financial outcomes, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Manage On-Premise contracts, strategy, execution, reporting, and process improvement, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support short-term incentive programs for field teams, promoting motivation and engagement.
  • Drive efficiency, decision-making, and systemization in NPI processes and A&P vendor contract negotiations, minimizing risks and maximizing returns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Finance and Commercial Finance roles, demonstrating expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, business partnering, and leadership capabilities, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial and RGM levers that have delivered successful outcomes, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Economics or equivalent qualification, providing a solid foundation for business acumen and financial knowledge.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in business partnering and people management in FMCG sector, offering valuable industry insight and expertise.
