Community Physiotherapist Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled physiotherapist to join our healthcare team as a Community Physiotherapist.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and at least 1+ year of experience working as a physiotherapist.
About the Position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physiotherapy assessments, treatment, and reports to a high standard in the clinic and community setting.
  • They will also train and supervise staff and university students as required, develop and implement marketing strategies to generate patient referrals and promote services, and mentor allied health team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments and report on patient progress.
  • Train and supervise staff and students to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote services.
  • Mentor and support allied health team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
