Automotive Industry Professional Development Assistant

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting brand awareness. You will work towards a Certificate III in Automotive Sales, developing your skills and knowledge in the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Processing customer enquiries and complaints promptly
- Identifying parts and components of various vehicles
- Managing stock control and storage processes
- Conducting transactions via phone, online, and face-to-face
As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a secure career within a dealership. You will also receive ongoing support from a dedicated mentor and enjoy excellent working conditions with state-of-the-art facilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to become a highly skilled and professional parts interpreter
- Strong customer service skills
- A commitment to a three-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional presentation at all times
