Our organization is seeking a highly skilled State Performance Lead to join our team in SEQ North.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Elevate Centre Director Performance
  2. Understand Centre KPIs and Capability Needs
  3. Simplify Management Processes
  4. Support Succession Planning for Centre Directors
  5. Ensure Centres Exceed National Quality Standards

The successful candidate will work closely with support teams to align support with centre needs, monitor performance using data, observations and insights, and collaborate with expert services to uphold standards. They will also be responsible for empowering Centre Directors and teams to uplift performance, simplifying or removing ineffective management processes, and ensuring centres have effective systems and processes in place to meet National Quality Standards.
