We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Surgical Department on a casual basis. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications as required, in accordance with state law and organizational policy.
- 3+ years of acute surgical experience.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications.
- Advanced clinical skills (desired).
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
