Job Responsibilities:

As a Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our high-volume venue and driving service excellence across all areas. You'll oversee the daily operations, shape a dynamic team, and ensure smooth operations.

Your expertise will help us achieve exceptional results and maintain our reputation as a leading hospitality venue in Adelaide.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of venue management experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and systems
  • P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
  • Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
  • Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
  • Ability to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • State-based qualifications RP Badge
