Senior Business Forecaster

As a Forecast Analyst, you will be instrumental in enabling our leaders to make data-driven decisions about workforce planning. You will convert business needs into actionable forecasting insights, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- A forward-thinking analytical mindset with ability to work with data to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in advanced data modeling and analytics techniques, with experience using Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R or similar scripting languages.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into clear, compelling insights.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
