Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide person-centered care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse with Regis, you will have the opportunity to work in a values-driven organization, develop your nursing career, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents in accordance with their care plan and policy.
- Administer medication and provide specialized nursing care.
- Complete clinical documentation, reporting, and audits in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical and care staff and other home staff to provide quality care.
- Motivate, lead, and supervise Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
- Leadership of care outcomes for residents.
- Hold current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2+ years Nursing experience since registration, ideally within Health, Primary or Aged Care.
- A passion for providing person-centered care.
- An understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work successfully in a team.
- Proven capability and experience leading a team (for In-Charge roles).
- Working for a values-driven organization.
- Supportive, friendly, and caring team.
