Software Quality Assurance Specialist Role

Project-based contract till 2025 with potential for extension.

Onsite position available in Town Hall.

Role Overview

This is a key role within our Australia Global Banking Payment Operations team, responsible for:

  • Driving payment operation projects across the region.
  • Implementing payments solutions within branches, identifying branch-specific requirements and additions.
  • Acting as a local point of contact for payment operations teams.
  • Executing UAT testing, validating solutions and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Managing defects and escalations for operations teams.
  • Assisting with management reporting and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing and optimizing payment operation process flows.
  • Providing post-implementation production support and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for payment operations regionally.
  • Preparing operational readiness support, including training and updating desktop procedures, to prepare for project implementation and go-live.
