We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Governance and Board Services team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Counsel and contribute to the effective delivery of services to our Board.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing executive-level support to the General Counsel, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the preparation of board papers and other materials
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and catering
  • Managing information and correspondence flow, processing requests, and updating records

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of administrative experience, technical skills, and a strong understanding of governance and compliance principles. They will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
