Administrative Coordinator for Sunshine VIC Office

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in our Sunshine VIC office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, directing phone calls, and maintaining security procedures.
The ideal candidate will have completed VCE/HSC or equivalent, hold a Certificate II, III, or IV in Business Administration, and possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude, friendly nature, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
