The successful candidate will bring existing sales experience and be guided on how to apply it to multi-million-dollar projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, developing solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develop bid, negotiation, and commercial strategies with the support of the Sales leadership
  • Lead the sales process throughout the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
  • Drive a cross-functional sales team consisting of analysts, engineers, construction, procurement, and subject matter experts to create valuable solutions for Vestas and our customers
  • Coordinate tenders and negotiations - supporting the team to close on contracts within targets for revenue and margins

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, law, or finance
  • 3+ years of commercial or project management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
