Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and present recommendations to stakeholders on emerging portfolio, program, and project delivery issues.
  • Assist the Director with the maintenance of the program management framework, incorporating standards, systems, tools, processes, templates, and reporting, and uphold organizational policies across activities.
  • Manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation models.
  • Establish program governance structures and processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of presentations, briefings, reports, and dashboards to aid governance bodies and senior executives to assess risks, operational readiness, and performance.
  • Implement quality standards across projects and ensure compliance, conduct regular program and project audits, and process adherence.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder partnerships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure continued delivery.
  • Develop new processes and procedures associated with the Digital Customer role, including the development of training materials to ensure growth and development in project, program, and portfolio methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Applications will remain current for 12 months.
