\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Lead a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional outcomes for children.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence, driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement centre policies, procedures, and programs that align with our vision and values.
\Requirements:\
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing a childcare service as a Centre Director or similar role.
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
