Job Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive outcomes and support teams in delivering exceptional programs in their region. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across multiple services.

You will also be responsible for implementing our way of programming, safety, quality and compliance, as well as coaching and mentoring your teams to improve knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will have responsibility for rostering, finances and engagement with local communities.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire for change. You should have previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry, as well as a strong understanding of industry processes and regulations.

A qualification approved by ACECQA and current first aid certification are also essential requirements for this role. If you are a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, then we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
