About the Y Queensland
The Y Queensland's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service provides a safe and inclusive environment for primary and secondary school children to participate in various activities, such as sports, music, and art.
As an OSHC Educator at our Arundel service, you will be responsible for assisting in the care of children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.
About the Role
This casual position involves working with a team of dedicated staff to provide a fun and engaging program for children. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of activities, as well as providing a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of activities for children
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve program goals
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members

Requirements
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Positive Notice Blue Card
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and implement activities for children
