At Rothelowman, we are seeking a talented Graduate Architect and Interior Designer to contribute to innovative projects that enhance human experience and celebrate place.

About the Role
  • This full-time position is based in Perth and involves working as part of a team of leading creatives to shape spaces that elevate daily life.
  • You will play a key role in conceptual design, integration, and documentation across a range of project types.
  • Your responsibilities will include contributing to both architectural and interior design, including built form and interior detail.
  • You will be involved in design development, documentation, and detailing, delivering coordinated documentation packages with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, including report writing and presentation, is also essential for this role.
  • Sustainable and environmentally responsive design principles will also be applied.
  • As an energetic team player, you will work collaboratively, lead and learn within a national team.
About You
  • A Master of Architecture or equivalent qualification in Interior Architecture is required.
  • You should have 2 to 5 years' experience in architecture and/or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, while additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and Enscape are advantageous.
  • You should have a strong foundation in both architectural and interior design principles.
  • Proven experience in design development, documentation, and detailing is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills are expected.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering coordinated documentation are also important qualities for this role.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally responsive design is a must.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are also required.
  • You should be willing to grow with a national team and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning.
