Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bodington, our 120-bed home in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with Catholic Healthcare, you will provide holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents, consistent with our Mission, Philosophy, and Values. You will work collaboratively with our care staff, family members, doctors, and management team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities and managing their health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
- Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care environment (preferably).
- Experience in accreditation processes and continuous quality improvement.
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
