Sports Lead Instructor

We are seeking dynamic professionals to lead sports sessions for children aged 18 months - 6 years old at various locations in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging sports programs that foster good sportsmanship, a healthy lifestyle, school readiness skills, gross and fine motor skills, and basic understanding of multiple sports.
- Interact with children and their parents in a fun and interactive manner.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored coaching strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching expertise.
Requirements:
- A motivational and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be LOUD and engaging when interacting with children.
- Enthusiasm and confidence to interact with children aged 1.5-6 years old.
- Reliability, professionalism, and flexibility to work on weekends up to 12:30 pm.
- Current Working With Children's check and Level 1 General Principles of Coaching Certificate.
- Driver's license and car preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching and/or working with children.
This is a casual role offering competitive hourly rates and providing opportunities for growth and development.
