Skilled Mechanical Tradesperson Required

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to fill this role in Bunbury.

About the Role:
  • To assemble and overhaul mechanical components such as gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves, screens and OEM parts with precision accuracy.
  • Operate and maintain relevant workshop equipment to support your skill set.
  • Accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints and instructions to deliver high-quality work.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organised and safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Assist and guide apprentices and trade assistants to enhance team capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to continually improve tooling, processes and working practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Based locally in the South West region of Australia.
  • Australian recognised trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Work at heights certificate.
  • Confined space certificate.
  • Dogging/rigging (desirable).
  • Forklift ticket (desirable).
  • Fitness to handle manual labour and ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
  • Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
