  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, products, and company information to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and customer connection.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working with individual KPIs and sales targets.
