Job Summary

This role involves providing a productive inventory sequence throughout the store, from truck unloading to shop floor stock placement. The Store Inventory Manager reports directly to the Store Manager, supporting quality management of processes and systems across office and back-of-house inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve daily work goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory cycle, forecast, plan, and prioritize daily work and resource requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Safety and Efficiency: Oversee safe and efficient inventory management practices across the store.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in big-box or high-volume retail environments.
  • Passion for delivering results that motivate teams.
  • A high level of commitment to 'safety', always thinking 'customer', and constantly motivating teams to 'reach higher' every day.
  • Retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning.
  • Safety leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
