We are seeking a Construction Team Supervisor to lead our construction projects.

About the Role:
  • As a Construction Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed safely and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage formwork and a team of 5-8 workers
  • Liaise with other trades on-site to ensure smooth project progression
  • Assist with planning activities to meet project deadlines
  • Report to the Foreman and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Possess a White/Red Card
  • Have good timekeeping and client-focused skills
  • Be able to manage formwork, groundwork, concrete, and structures
