Senior System Integration Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless system integration and provide high-quality technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing level 2 and level 3 technical assistance for complex systems with GxP categorization.
  • Managing access control and user roles for sensitive systems with GxP requirements.
  • Conducting comprehensive training and technical support for end-users, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with vendors and maintenance teams for system updates and upgrades.
  • Leading and delivering UAT testing for system enhancements, new releases, and change management in collaboration with IT, business users, and other stakeholders.

This position requires a degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology, and experience in clinical trial systems supporting the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong background in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with GxP regulations and compliance.
