Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) that will give you the chance to contribute to a meaningful mission while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated, organised and has excellent interpersonal skills. If you have previous experience in customer service or reception, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Engage & Welcome: Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Efficient Scheduling: Manage appointments and meetings effectively, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining organised records.
Your Profile:
People Skills: Display exceptional interpersonal skills, making every visitor feel valued and appreciated.
Organisational Prowess: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
Tech-Savviness: Utilise your proficiency with office software and equipment to manage day-to-day tasks seamlessly.
