The Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for leading a team to effectively manage contracts and construction works.

  • Lead a team of professionals in managing contracts and construction works
  • Bring expertise in engineering design, contract management, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide specialist technical support to other departments
  • Conduct site meetings with contractors and review progress of works

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review capital works engineering designs and tender documentation
  • Develop and maintain procedures and inspection schedules
  • Recommend new technologies, work methodologies, and materials for improvement

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Professional registration in engineering
  • Current Victorian drivers' license and WorkSafe construction induction accreditation
  • Extensive experience in contracts administration and management
