Job Overview

The State Manager oversees a QLD team based out of Eagle Farm, driving improvements and identifying resourcing needs.

This highly skilled leader will provide hands-on leadership to high-performing teams, supporting Business Development activities and managing workloads to meet financial targets and quality outcomes.

  • Provide strategic direction and motivate teams to achieve project-specific objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign growth, services expansion, and distribution channel development.
  • Lead Team leaders and site staff in ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting estimated budgets.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations / Divisional Management, preferably within the Landscape Construction industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Landscape Construction and Maintenance sector.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently.
