Smallgoods Labourer

Meat processing and smallgoods production require a reliable team member to provide labour.
This hard-working employee will be responsible for washing down work areas, undertaking general cleaning, packing, stacking and unloading boxes/pallets.
To operate machinery effectively, you should have experience in a similar role or good communication skills. Consider your ability to handle heavy lifting and working in a chiller environment with a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
The selected candidate will work a regular 8 hour shift with scheduled breaks.
Key Duties:
- Provide labour for meat processing and smallgoods production
- Wash down work areas and undertake general cleaning
- Pack, stack and unload boxes/pallets
- Operate machinery
- Other duties as directed
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication skills
Work Conditions:
- You will be working in a chiller environment with a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Heavy lifting is involved in this role
- You will be working a regular 8 hour shift with scheduled breaks
