About the Role

This Human Resources Business Partner (Corporate) role will be responsible for supporting organisational transformation, managing employee relations, and driving project delivery. The successful candidate will possess a strong HR background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology.
  • Proven experience working within a People & Culture (P&C) team, with exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and a strong track record in corporate project work.
  • Experience in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders.
