A great lifestyle in a treasured environment, this is life. We are seeking a dedicated and capable Multi-Skilled Operator (MSO) to join our newly formed Coastal Management Team.

The Opportunity

As an MSO, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a range of civil construction equipment to support the delivery of both construction and maintenance projects. You'll work closely with your supervisor, fellow team members, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a range of plant and equipment safely and efficiently on-site — including loaders, rollers, excavators, or trucks — making sure all gear is checked, cleaned, and serviced daily.
  • Perform manual labor tasks associated with civil maintenance and construction when plant operation is not required.
  • Experience in operating machinery including back hoe, excavator, skid steer, and roller
  • HR or HC license with experience in various configurations
  • Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to allow comprehension of worksite documentation such as work method statements and quantity calculations.
