Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. This is a key role that will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand, reputation, and communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience working in a similar role and B2B model. They will possess excellent creative and innovative thinking skills, as well as strong design experience and attention to detail.

We are Australia's largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner. We operate in 16 locations across 12 cities and employ over 4,500 people. Our group of diverse brands enables us to deliver extensive service capabilities, including inflight catering and retail, food manufacturing, and airport lounge management.

We cater to many of the world's top airlines and multiple local and international retail customers, producing over 70 million meals annually, and servicing over 257,000 flights each year. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand, reputation, and communications.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, create effective business cases, and manage feedback, data analysis, and tracking the full life cycle of campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Dubai CCMB team to contribute to quarterly plans and collaborate on local brand, public relations, and communication activities.
  • Grow Snap Fresh social media effectiveness to improve and support our social footprint and engagement within APAC.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in a similar role and B2B model.
  • Bachelor or master's qualified in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar.
  • Experience working for a geographically diverse business with a multi-cultural workforce of over 4,000 employees.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient with videography, photography, and editing, as well as programs such as iMovie, Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, PremierPro, and After Effects.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with flexibility to work on multiple projects at once.
