**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Service Technician to join our team at ActivTec Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' equipment across various settings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, conducting necessary repairs and calibration activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and repair timelines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment needed for efficient repairs and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, client procedures, and industry standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Equipment Service Technician or in a similar role.
  • Technical proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective repairs.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and commitment to compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Experience in inventory management is advantageous to ensure efficient repair and maintenance activities.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required to support clients across various settings.
  • Valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia to ensure safe and efficient travel.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and certification programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Vaccinations for COVID-19 and annual influenza to ensure a safe working environment.
