Outdoor Grounds Specialist

Are you a skilled gardener and outdoor enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Groundsperson to join our team
\This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit and has a passion for gardening. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our park through general landscaping and garden maintenance tasks.
\- Maintain the park's gardens and grounds, including mowing, hedging, spraying and other related tasks
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery as required
- Work safely and adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
\- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar position with knowledge of horticulture
- A current manual driver's license (desirable)
- Experience operating equipment such as bobcats, excavators, back-hoes, trucks or tractors (advantageous)
