About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager for our Croppa Creek location to oversee the daily functions of the site and its personnel. In this capacity, you will:
- Lead a team of grain handlers to ensure efficient site operations
- Collaborate with the Area Manager in strategizing and organizing grain receivables and out-loading during both peak and off-peak periods
- Effectively manage the safe handling of grain receivals and outloads
- Foster and maintain relationships with local agricultural producers, contributing to community support
- Oversee the site budget.
- This position will also entail management responsibilities for additional sites.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned team leader ready to advance their career, with support for training and skill development. You will have the chance to grow within our organization by showcasing the following competencies:
- Proficiency in managing personnel and large operational sites.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- A strong desire to learn and develop the necessary skills to excel as a Site Manager
Candidates must provide proof of working rights (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required) and suitable professional references. Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
