Job Title: Cybersecurity Privilege Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Automate workflows and deployments using DevSecOps tools like GitHub Actions, Ansible and CloudFormation.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline onboarding and configuration.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and manage incidents across PAM infrastructure.
  • Engage in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Mentor team members and create technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain performance, availability and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience with CyberArk or equivalent PAM systems.
  • Active CyberArk certifications preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols including SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth and OIDC.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting and tools like PowerShell, Python, Ansible and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolchains.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix and Windows/Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure entitlement & platform integration.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks including incident, change and problem management.
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder interaction and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in automation tooling like Octopus Deploy, TeamCity.
  • Exposure to visualization tools or analytics for value articulation.
  • Familiarity with financial services or highly regulated environments.
