Advanced Paediatric Communication Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
This position involves working with children aged 0-12 years who have diverse clinical and developmental needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments, and parent training to increase communication and social participation.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia and minimum 4 years' experience managing, supervising, and leading staff.
Key qualifications include knowledge and experience in assessing children with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and global developmental delay. Additionally, the ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and Early Intervention and Therapy Service teams is essential.
**Working Conditions**
The successful candidate will work full-time (or 0.8FTE) and have the option to work from home, meet with consumers in their natural surroundings, or within our offices.
