Job Title:

Cleaner and Equipment Operator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner and Equipment Operator to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and cleaning products to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.

About the Role:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks and operate equipment
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors
  • Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow a checklist of cleaning tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Operate various equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices
About You:

You will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting, providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

You should have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, a passion for working safely, and the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.

You must also be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs, and available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
