This position is ideal for positive, team-oriented educators who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and care. Successful candidates will work collaboratively to implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and cater to the unique needs and interests of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of quality education and care programs in line with the National Quality Framework and organizational policies.
  • Engage positively with children to enhance their learning experiences.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children through effective supervision.
  • Contribute to tailored educational programs that meet EYLF outcomes and individual children's needs.
  • Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks associated with the role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Experience in a long day care setting with children aged six weeks to five years.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and early childhood practices.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet staffing requirements.
