Key Responsibilities
- Building strong and engaging working relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Leading incident investigations and reporting to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Conducting inspections and audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule to identify and mitigate risks
- Being proactive in promoting health and safety and continuously improving the business
- Being visible across the workplace, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders by spending time in the field
Requirements
- Formal qualification in WHS (Cert 4 or greater) and demonstrable industry experience
- Qualification in incident investigation (such as ICAM) or relevant experience
- Effective influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation
- Working knowledge and understanding of relevant WHS legislation, including Chain of Responsibility
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
