Job Title:

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:
  1. CID Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
  2. Containerization: Transition existing systems to Linux containers as part of the modernization program.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  4. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
Requirements:
  • Critical Skills:
    • Jenkins: Ability to configure a new instance from scratch.
    • Powershell: Knowledge of PowerShell scripts and error handling.
    • Docker: Understanding Docker architecture and writing Docker files.
    • Git: Knowledge of repo structure and branching strategy.
    • Azure Cloud: PowerShell automation for Azure and knowledge of infrastructure resources.
    • Terraform: Understanding Terraform fundamentals and modules.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Harness CI and CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment using Harness.
    • Kubernetes (K8S): Knowledge of pods, deployments, services, and namespaces.
