We are seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Burwood.

About the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of premium teas and become a brewing expert, sharing your expertise with customers.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About you:

  • You are an individual who acts with the customer in mind, prioritizing their needs and providing personalized service.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not essential.
