Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key people and organisations.
- Breaking stories and creating engaging content.
- Representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
About the Role:
You'll be a driven and energetic Journalist, with the ability to think clearly and act quickly under pressure, possessing excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders internally, as well as externally with the local community. You'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven journalism/ editorial skills
- A solid understanding of media law and ethics.
- Competency in script writing in TV News format
- Meticulous attention to detail with some experience in a newsroom
- An interest in sports
